  1、冷(leng)凍(dong)水循環系(xi)統

  該部分由(you)冷(leng)(leng)凍泵(beng)、室(shi)內風(feng)機(ji)及冷(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)管道(dao)等組成(cheng)。從主(zhu)機(ji)蒸發器流出(chu)的低(di)溫冷(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)由(you)冷(leng)(leng)凍泵(beng)加壓送入(ru)冷(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)管道(dao)(出(chu)水(shui)),進(jin)入(ru)室(shi)內進(jin)行熱(re)(re)交換(huan),帶(dai)走房間內的熱(re)(re)量,回到主(zhu)機(ji)蒸發器(回水(shui))。室(shi)內風(feng)機(ji)用于(yu)將(jiang)空氣吹過冷(leng)(leng)凍水(shui)管道(dao),降低(di)空氣溫度,加速室(shi)內熱(re)(re)交換(huan)。

  2、冷卻水循環(huan)部(bu)分

  該(gai)部分(fen)由冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)泵、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水管道(dao)、冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水塔等(deng)組成(cheng)。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凍水循環系(xi)統進行(xing)室內熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan)的(de)(de)同時,必將帶走室內大量(liang)的(de)(de)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)。該(gai)熱(re)能(neng)(neng)通過(guo)主機內的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)媒傳遞(di)給(gei)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水,使冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水溫度升高。冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)泵將升溫后(hou)的(de)(de)冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水壓入冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)卻(que)水塔(出(chu)水),使之與大氣進行(xing)熱(re)交(jiao)換(huan),降低溫度后(hou)再送回主機冷(leng)(leng)(leng)(leng)凝器(回水)。

  3、主機

  主機部分由壓縮機、蒸發器、冷凝器及(ji)冷媒(制冷劑(ji))等組成,其工作循環過程如下:

  首先低壓(ya)氣態冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)(mei)(mei)被壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)加壓(ya)進(jin)(jin)入冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)并(bing)逐漸冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)成高壓(ya)液體。在冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)(mei)(mei)會釋放出大(da)量熱(re)能(neng),這(zhe)部分熱(re)能(neng)被冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的冷(leng)(leng)卻水(shui)(shui)吸(xi)收(shou)并(bing)送到(dao)室外(wai)的冷(leng)(leng)卻塔上,釋放到(dao)大(da)氣中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)去。隨后冷(leng)(leng)凝(ning)(ning)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的高壓(ya)液態冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)(mei)(mei)在流(liu)經蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)前的節流(liu)降(jiang)壓(ya)裝置(zhi)時,因為壓(ya)力的突變而氣化(hua),形成氣液混(hun)合物進(jin)(jin)入蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)。冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)(mei)(mei)在蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)不斷氣化(hua),同時會吸(xi)收(shou)冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)的熱(re)量使冷(leng)(leng)凍(dong)水(shui)(shui)達到(dao)較低溫度。蒸發(fa)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)氣化(hua)后的冷(leng)(leng)媒(mei)(mei)(mei)又變成了低壓(ya)氣體,重新(xin)進(jin)(jin)入了壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji),如此循環(huan)往復。
